Shit Son I messed up my Stats. Its now Minus 10. After Will mentioned this I investigated it. I edited it to reflect this.

Might be missing something obvious, but I count 300 stat points spent, but you should have 250, no? If you included the hands seal bonus/draw speed bonus from nin/fuin, it still adds to 270 I believe.

Also, how did you exceed 100 speed?

Ah I see. Speed from buki is weapon speed only. So your weapon speed is 110 but your movement/running speed is 90. I didn't realize that you were including that in the number.
