Naeb that string bean tech is canon clan use only its a speacilty of that clan. as for horus A rank seems sufficent just add to requiremnts water style needed perhaps even make it a limited jutsu

Description: By releasing the Chidori in every direction, an electrical discharge flows from the user's entire body allowing him to affect multiple enemies. When using this attack on a great number of enemies at once, it can effectively double as an instant defence. The body of the person touched by the Chidori will misinterpret the lightning nature as "electrical signals from the nerves", making its muscles contract. This causes the body to involuntarily go stiff, while at the same time receives damage. This attack can also be channelled through the ground to increase the range of the attack.

Description: This technique allows the user to channel the Chidori through their chokutō or weapon of choice. This makes it nearly unblockable as the radiating and chirping blade can easily cut through steel. Furthermore, if an opponent is stabbed, their body goes numb due to an electrical current which causes the muscles to contract, making it impossible for the opponent to move. However, it can be countered by other weapons that also utilize Lightning Release chakra flow. This technique can also be utilized via other weapons that are Chakra conductible.

Description: This is one of many variations of the Chidori that uses shape transformation. In comparison to the standard Chidori, it further specialises in speed, by being transformed into countless sharp senbon, which are all aimed and fired at the enemy. By increasing the amount of chakra used, the number of senbon also increases proportionally. When used in tandem with a Dojutsu, it becomes far more effective and deadly, as it allows the user to precisely shoot for the target's vital points. Can fire up to 400 Senbons, lasts for 1 post.

The seal seems to be naturally lifted once the cursed seal has advanced to level two.

Description: Drawing their weapons together, the user will raise them into the air and draw lightning down upon their body. The current will be contained within and around the user's form. The user will then begin to spin in place forming a whirling vortex of wind and electricty. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon's head and will cover the area in front of them. It will then strike out against their opponent and painfully trap them in the vortex. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with the opponent, the lightning can jump fro, the vortex to hit a nearby target. Must have an A-rank and above weapon to be able to use this Jutsu.

Description: Using Kiba, the user first buries the blades into the ground and then sends out an electrical charge towards the sky which in turn causes lightning to fall from the sky and decimates the immediate area around the user, burning everything to a crisp. Can also be used with other paired weapons apart from swords. But must be A-rank and above.

lightning burial lets make that A rank as well as well as fangs of lightning imo but if you would like a second opinion your entitled. But the other jutsus seem fairly ranked to me

Name: Fire Release;  Heavenly Prison

Description:

The ones who are subjected to this technique have a formula applied to them, which will prevent them from moulding chakra and from using techniques. It will also drain them of their chakra at a slow but steady rate. If the ones who have the seal on them leaves a certain radius from the applier (20 meters), then it would cause the victims to burst into flames, burning them to ashes. The user can also ignite the seal at their own free will. The targets with high enough Chakra levels can still mould chakra, but it will be severley hampered. If you have 300 Chakra remaining or more, you can perform B-rank techniques, but they will have C-rank strength. If the target has less then they can mould C rank Jutsus but will be as potent as a D-rank. While forcing out the Chakra the targets/opponent will feel severe pain. If the target tries to force out too much Chakra then they will burst into flames. The Jutsu however has a certain weakness. If the target submerge themselves in water then they can mould Chakra as normal, but this does not remove the seal. nyone set aflame by this technique can be saved if water is poured over them. Also, this technique only suppresses normal chakra from within one's body; when enhanced with natural energy gathered externally, one is still able to use chakra. If anyone with the seal applied were able to create a shadow clone, the clone will not bear the seal. The seal will disappear if the user dies. The target's durability also determines how long it takes for the fire to kill. 1-30 dur = 3 seconds. 31-60 dur = 5 seconds, 61-100 = 10 seconds.

Requires 5 in Fuuinjutsu and Fire Element.

Description:

Description:

This cursed seal is given to all members of the Anbu subgroup Root by Danzō Shimura, to ensure no information about him or the organisation fell into the wrong hands. After Danzō died, the seals disappeared from all the Root members. When the wearer of this cursed seal speaks about anything incriminating related to Danzō or Root, their entire body will be paralysed, taking away their ability to speak or move. It is applied to the tongue and takes the shape of three solid lines and two broken lines from the back of the tongue to the tip.For the purposes of this site, the seal can be applied for other reasons.

Description:

Similar to the Cursed Tongue Eradication Technique, this seal can also be applied during combat, and can secretly be placed on the opponent's body. When the user activates it, the curse seal's marks spread around the opponent's body, paralysing them. However, one can break free from the seal with a strong enough release of chakra. Can break the seal by exerting 65 Chakra points.
