Your Ninjutsu skills have reached their limit, some call you a God with your Ninjutsu Skill and fear you. You are able to use any ranked technique you wish, ranging from E-S. On top of that you gain a 50% Chakra discount on all Ninjutsu techniques except for the next gift given to the Ninjutsu Gods. Your next gift is your ability to use Limited Ninjutsu Techniques, found on the Limited List. These techniques gain no Chakra discount however, so use them wisely. You gain an additional +1 Tier in Handseal Speed. Your Sensory techniques receive a 20% Chakra discount. Sensory Range can go up to 500 Meters.

4: With this level of skill in Genjutsu many know to fear you. By now you're able to use E, D, C, B and even A ranked Genjutsu techniques without a problem. In fact, with your great chakra control your Genjutsu techniques gain a 30% Chakra discount. You can now break out of Genjutsu up to A rank through the use of Genjutsu Kai. Your speed with performing handseals has been automatically increased by 10. You can now stack 3 Genjutsu on top of each other. You can affect 4 senses through your Genjutsu.

Your Bukijutsu skills have reached their limit, some call you a God with your Bukijutsu Skill and fear you. You are able to use any ranked technique you wish, ranging from E-S. On top of that you gain a 50% Chakra Discount on all Bukijutsu techniques except for the next gift given to the Bukijutsu Gods. Your next gift is your ability to use Limited Bukijutsu Techniques, found on the Limited List as well as wield a SSM sword without strain such as only being able to use it at half the speed you normally would. These techniques gain no Chakra discount however, so use them wisely. The speed at which you handle a weapon (Throwing, Slashing, Ect.) gains an additional +1 Tier higher than the previous Speed Tier you possessed. Can use S-rank weapons and carry ten kinds of weapons.

~Tier 3 Perk: Your perception has been improved and you can now track speeds that are 3 Tiers higher than your own instead of the normal 2.

Description: With this technique, users replace their own body with some other object, generally with a block of wood, the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. It's a basic ninjutsu even taught at the Academy, but it's a useful art that can be applied in variety of situations.

Description: A ninjutsu that creates an intangible copy of one's own body, without any substance. Since the clone itself doesn't have the ability to attack, and thus can only be used to confuse the enemy, it is mainly used in combination with other ninjutsu. It's a basic technique, but depending on one's ingenuity, it can be used effectively. The clones may not dissipate when they come into contact with something. These clones can be easily distinguished by persons with dōjutsu. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones do not have shadows and will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (i.e. won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

Name: Transformation Technique

Description: Given all the missions ninja are assigned to - battle, intelligence gathering, diversions - this is a priceless ninjutsu. It is typically used to change into people other than oneself, but one also has the ability to change into animals, plants, and even inanimate objects like weapons. This gives this technique an abundance of uses. The transformation of a skilled shinobi will be exactly like the genuine article, so it will be impossible to tell the two apart. On the other hand, a transformation performed by an inexperienced person will have obvious discrepancies. It will be impossible to deceive anyone with it. This is one of the most basic ninjutsu, as such most shinobi know how to perform it. The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts mental strain on an inexperienced ninja. Thus the best way to determine if it is indeed a transformation is to cause this strain upon the user; though this is of course not always successful.

Description: Tree Climbing Practice is a training method used to gain more skills with chakra control. This training involves focusing a fixed amount of chakra to the bottom of one's feet, and using that to climb a tree without using one's hands. If the stream of chakra is too weak, the user will lose their footing on the tree and fall off. If it is too strong, the user will be pushed away from the tree, causing the tree to break around the point of contact and the user will fall.

Description: This training method is used to gain better chakra control. To do this, the user has to be emitting a constant stream of chakra from the bottom of their feet and using the repellent force to walk across the water's surface. This technique is more difficult to master than the Tree Climbing Practice, because the amount of chakra that needs to be emitted changes constantly. It has also been shown that one can use their chakra to "skate" across the water surface, like an ice skater, instead of just walking or running. It is noted, that shinobi reach a state where they stand on water without even noticing it or basically even trying.

Description: With this technique the user is able to store a variety objects or jutsu within a scroll or other surfaces with the seal inscribed, depending on the user's skill with Fuuinjutsu. While sealing an object takes a considerable amount of concentration for those unskilled with Fuuinjutsu, unsealing an object is simple enough and can be performed on the fly so long as the symbol is accessible to the user and thus making it possible to unseal a weapon in the midst of battle. Sealing in battle, however, is not possible for those who are unskilled in Fuuinjutsu.

Description: The Body Flicker Technique is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination. (May not initiate an attack until the next post. This applies to all techniques akin to this jutsu.)

Description: Kai is a Ninjutsu which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Description: Before an animal summoning can be performed, a prospective summoner must first sign a contract with a given species. The contract comes in the form of a scroll, on which the contractor uses their own blood to sign their name and place their fingerprints and once signed it is valid even after the contractors death as long as the contract itself remains intact. After this, they need only offer an additional donation of blood on the hand they signed the contract with, mould their chakra with hand seals and then plant the hand they signed the contract with at the location they wish to summon the creature. The amount of chakra used during the summoning determines how powerful the summoned creature can be. It is possible for a summoner to summon a group of the same contracted animal, as opposed to a single individual.

Description: The shinobi uses this technique with the bells that they attach to their senbon. The bell's ringing produces a particular sound wave, which travels from the inner ear directly to affect the brain. This causes her target to hallucinate, seeing multiple images of her, and making very hard to tell the real one from the illusions. Additionally, the target loses their motor skills with continued exposure to the ringing. This technique is normally used after she distracts the enemy with Shadow Senbon.

Description: This genjutsu creates eerie black ninja illusions, which appear one by one from trees and rocks, and corner the enemy. Their movements are slow, but when attacked they multiply, and in this way they appear like ghosts inhabiting the mist. Kunai are added to this technique, by throwing them to match illusions movement, making them seem real. As the clones continue to multiply, the victim will eventually be worn down.

Description: This genjutsu is triggered when the victim is looked upon by the wielder. Upon activation the victim will begin to feel pain that varies depending on the wielder. The victim will feel deep stabs, burns, or other gashes on their body to such an extent that it is extremely difficult to ignore. The pain is so much that it slows down the wielder, due to the pain being to much to maneuver at 100%. The genjutsu reduces the victims speed and hand-sign weaving by 20. Kai can be used to escape the genjutsu, causing the pain recede immediately after.

Description: After completing the required hand seals, the user casts out the genjutsu. It should be noted that this genjutsu only works when both victim is standing on solid ground. The victim, once caught, will feel an intense pain in their feet. Upon inspection as to see what the cause is, the vicitm will see that they are standing on senbon that protrude from the ground covering the remaining distance between them and the caster. Taking notice causes the senbon to fire forth from the ground and strike the victim from all angles (except above though some are coming at the victim from an upward angle. The pain from the genjutsu causes ones reflexes and movements to be hindered (Speed and Hand-Sign Weaving by 10). Kai can be used to break this genjutsu.

Description: Requires 4 Genjutsu, 2 Ninjutsu, and at least 2 Raionhato Style Genjutsu. Very similar to the basic kai. Through expert knowledge of Genjutsu and a understanding of chakra control, the caster is able to cast Kai on themselves. However, unlike the regular version, this variation is not triggered unless the caster is caught in genjutsu. Upon being caught, the dormant Kai is activated immediately after the genjutsu is identified instantly. The amount of chakra deducted depends greatly on the genjutsu being used. (This kai follows the dispersion rules of genjutsu.) Jutsu must be used and made dormant before it can be used.

Description A very simple technique used by the user to draw his weapon. The user draws his weapon at such a speed that he/she are able to even attack immediately after drawing the blade without missing a beat. The movement is so swift and precise that to the untrained eye it almost appears as if the sword was never drawn in the first place, as if it simply appeared in the users hand. This techniques draw speed is based on the hand-weaving stat. The higher the faster.

Description: A shuriken technique that involves aiming a barrage of kunai at one precise spot. The user releases chakra from his hand over an area within which he can maintain the kunai in suspension. As a result, the enemy may get blindsided and denied any escape route at the same time. With a simple hand movement, the user is able to fire all the kunai at once.

Description: A deadly technique created by Gambaldi Raionhato. This jutsu revolves meditative breathing and chakra control technique that causes the users awareness and movements to reach frightening levels ( Perception bonus 20). When used by a Master bukijutsu shinobi the reflexes become so swift and immediate that the user can react in a literal blink of the eye (Speed Bonus +30). Through this focus, the user applies chakra to their feet as a means to make their movements more fluid, light, and silent. So much so that even if stepping on dried leaves, the user wouldn't break a single one.

The signs of this jutsu's activation are mostly seen in the users face. They become so focused that they seem to be void of any emotion whatsoever. Every time the user stands still they will mutter under their breath a sort of chant, which is "Ton-ton-ton-ton-ton or Ta-ta-ta-ta (sometimes a mixture of both)". The chant itself is hardly audible and if one is close enough to actually hear it clearly they are usually well within swinging range. The users stance will appear very relaxed and loose.
