Description: Using the powers of magnetism the user can manipulate any iron sand in the vicinity. With this jutsu the user can make many things out of iron sand but he is limited to 4 creations at one time. Walls, shapes, replications of objects he can think of are things he commonly creates but is not limited to these applications. Creations last for 3 posts or if the user chooses to dismantle before that. An upkeep cost must be paid on the 2nd and third post for the objects. Created objects have tier 2 durability and can reach up to 25 meters away from the user. An additional effect the iron sand has is that it carries a strong magnetic field and any object touched by the iron sand objects become magnetized. The magnetic field is used for tracking, a jiton user can detect the magnetic field from 15 meters away.

Description: The user raises his arms and a large cloud of iron sand raises with it. The cloud then condenses into tiny bullet shaped objects, these bullets can also be shaped into needles its up to the user which projectile he uses. The amount of bullets created averages on the side of 30-40 projectiles. The projectiles themselves cause the most damage in the needle shape due to the added piercing effect, while the bullet shapes tend to cause more tearing damage as they dig into flesh and lodge underneath the skin. These projectiles are somewhat hard to see when they are flying at such high speeds but one can easily prepare himself for an attack when he notices the user raise his arms and gather the iron sand giving them a small window to prepare. The projectiles themselves have to be shot on the post they are made or the post after or they will break apart and fall to the ground. In this time though the user can attack in any pattern he wants. The projectiles fly up to 30 meters from when they are initially fired.

If Ryu doesn't mind, can we step back to that first one?

This currently looks like a catch-all replacement for nearly every technique possible within the bloodline at an absurd speed. Also, why is the upkeep every 2 turns rather than one? I can see no reason for that.

As for magnetizing anything that comes into contact with them, I will not allow people to become magnetized and then ragdolled around.

The first one is creation of things using magnetized iron sand. as for the magnetized objects its comes into contact with it doesnt mean i can manipulate them it just puts a field around them. Many of the canon jiton techs do this and all it is a form of tracking so to speak. And its really not a 'catch all' its just a dumbed down lower powered version of a canon technique that creates things out of iron sand.

So long as the magnetic field on them isn't used to control people, that is fine I suppose. How long until they wear off? And if it's a form of tracking, state that.

As far as being a catch all, it's pretty much exactly that. As you said, it's a weaker version of essentially every technique in both iron sand and regular sand jutsu. Shuriken, walls, shields, swords, kunai, hammers, war axes, levitating platforms to ride on, cars, bikes, clothes, and anything else a person can think of, all which can logically be reshaped endlessly at the user's discretion.

That aside, the speed is far too high, and an upkeep will be required for this every turn, regardless of how long it takes the items to fall apart.
