Description: Ume Uzumaki developed this jutsu for the sole purpose of sealing targets that pose great threats to him and those he cares for. Using any part of his body, the area used glowing blue, a single chain will be sent out at it's maximum speed. The size of the chains easy being able to be change to fit the situation. The chain ability, once it makes contact, will immediately begin and many small chains will be sent through the body of the target. The chains have the ability to suppress the chakra of anyone it comes into contact with, even that of an tailed beasts. Unlike the moved derived from this, Adamantine sealing chains, it doesn't wrap the target from the outside but from within. The single chain turning into a countless amount as it drains the chakra of the individual to make the chains spread through the target's chakra pathway system more easily. As it is draining the chakra from the source to make the chains stronger to restrain the target and limit their movements (The chakra drained isn't sent to the user.). The chains are extremely durable, as it requires S-rank attacks or weapons to get through them.
