Abide the Law [Makoto and Hitomi]

Mission:

Makoto was having fun tonight. Apparently it was someone’s ranking up party. Makoto was having the time of his life. He had a couple of smokes and a couple of drinks. Not enough to get drunk though. He had even learned a lot of bar tending on this night. Makoto was all over the place. He was grilling with his friends, man did Makoto know how to BBQ. Makoto was smoking and went to use the rest room for a few minutes before he came out to a big crowd. ‘What’s going on?’ Makoto thought to himself as he watched the crowd get hype screaming fight. He heard a lot of yelling in the process. Makoto saw that it was the newly appointed jounin and someone who appeared to be a chunin. Makoto listened to the argument it seems that the chunin was mad about his friends ranking up. Makoto would smirk at the fools as they began to fight. All of the crowd backed up including Makoto. He jumped over to a nearby roof as he kept close eye onto the two fighting. Within a few seconds the chunin through the special jounin into the wall consulting in the pillar crashing making the building fall. Makoto watched in shock as the building fell without anybody going into saving anybody. Makoto watched as the chunin fled towards to gates into the forest.

She had been busy reading her book and trying not to mind the busy time of the market. Being that her home and family lived right in it to sell her mother's kimono dresses. Well at least it was, now it's a house in building with the roof just barely finished. She heard the clunk of someone landing on the roof. It sent a shock of confusion and some terror as if they were her to hunt her family. However as she heard outside, were yells coming from the bar nearby and something collapsing, she headed for the open window to look for herself and was shocked at the crowd coming out of the bar and someone had run off. She then turned her head to look to the roof, if possible to see who was up there. Once she noticed who it was she wondered even more as to what was going on. Curiosity sent her to gather her things as she made her way outside.

Most kids would be ill advised to go near drunks at all costs, but she wasn't afraid of uncoordinated fighters. Most she wanted to know was what happened, she then looked to Makoto and called out. "Hey, what just happened? I thought people wanted to rebuild not break things down more!" She said in a somewhat grumbled tone. It was irritating because she was trying to rest from a day of rebuilding her own home by hand. However soon enough in some of the crowd she could hear some of them screaming in fear. Once she heard that she knew something or rather someone was found in the mess, and they're probably not well off. "On second thought, just lead me to that mess so I can see to their health. I think someone got trapped in that incident or worse..." She said surprisingly caring about their wellbeing. She was a med-nin, though not with any ijutsu to use. She still knew how to work with disaster victims.

Makoto looked at the girl. She appeared to be his age but he didn’t know who she was, he had never met her. His hair blowed in the wind as he began to speak to the young girl. “There was a fight at the party near the bar. You might not wanna go check on the victims, the medics got that. We need to chase the chunin who started this.” Makoto jumped down from the roof next to the girl. “My name is Makoto, I’m a special jounin” He replied as he bit the tip of his thumb. Boar, Dog, Bird, Monkey, Ram. He slammed his hand onto the ground as Hiroto appeared. Makoto jumps upon Hiroto and waited for her to climb on. He’s very gentle and he will not hurt you. Makoto smiled at the girl as he waited for here to respond to his offer.

She looked to him for a moment concerned about those people, but in some ways he was right she didn't have anything really to help with on the med-nin side of things and if they didn't stop the person who mostly caused this then they'd never find them. "Yes I remember, I saw you in the competition and during the fight, I'm Hitomi." She mentioned her name as she watched his summoning. At first she was surprised to see such a large fowl in front of herself but she wasn't scared of it, rather the opposite. She got on immediately once she wasn't so shocked and awaited for take off. If anything she adored birds so while she waited she was petting the creature's feathers. "A chuunin though, I must admit I am one myself but why start something like this when the village is still trying to handle what had just happened? It's stupid if you ask me."

Makoto watches as the girl jumps onto Hiroto. He begins to smirk as she pets him and begins to speak. Hiroto takes off quickly unlike most birds flapping up, Hiroto takes a leap and depends on that leap and his wings to get him off of the ground. This was usually a rather rough takeoff but Makoto was used to it. “Hang on!” Makoto would yell as they would begin moving full speed on Hiroto. He was quick, especially at times like this. Makoto would look for to spot the chunin in the woods. “As for fighting? I think it’s more of a jealousy thing; his friend was promoted before he was which made him highly upset. So I guess resulting in a fight was his decision. Although his anger is why he wasn’t promoted. The party was fun though.” Makoto would pat Hiroto on his back 4 times meaning he needed to look for something. Hiroto’s vision was one of the best in the family so he would for sure scout the chunin. He would look while flying straight seeing the chunin about half a mile deep. He would fly low so that Makoto and Hitomi could jump off. “3….2…1! JUMP!” Makoto would scream as he jumped off Hiroto onto a nearby tree branch completely unharmed, it was only about a 10 foot fall so it was expected.

Chunin: ‘Man how could he get promoted like this before me. If didn’t mean to fight him but I can’t let something like that happen to me. ‘ The chunin would continue to run full speed about half a mile into the woods, this was not good. ‘I even killed some people in the process’ the chunin thought to himself  as he remembers blood rushing out of the building. He hears some flapping of the wings and looked up immediately. It was a pretty big owl around 25 feet. This was not good. It was someone’s summon which meant someone was chasing him. The chunin was extremely confident in his skills and stood strong awaiting the appearance of whoever was chasing him.

She seemed to just about lose her balance however after a moment to get adjusted she held on and took a breath to keep alert as she watched the fowl scour the grounds. Now she didn't know much of the summons but basic natural owls she did know about. Those eyes, especially at night, could catch just about anything that moves. It was soon apparent as to why this whole problem happened in the first place however she gave a scowled expression. "So just plain jealousy, how stupid. You gain it because you earned it, even I know that." She shook her head to sigh before looking to him getting ready to jump off. She looked to the ground below to find somewhere to land and once she found it she herself followed suit to jump on the mark. She wasn't fearful of falling, but she did know she had to land it or she'd be of no use here either.

She finally made it onto a branch though she was grasping it rather than sitting on it, mostly because her feet slipped from the mark but she had a good enough reflex to grab the branch and haul herself onto it looking to Makoto. She awaited the signal to go, as she didn't know where this escapee was running to, all she knew was that she had to stop him and get him back to the village to see his trials. Not to mention she wasn't the one with such a creature to aid in pin pointing targets.

Makoto shifted his weight to his side feeling on how much pressure the branch he was on could take. He was planning to jump off of it. He formed his seals quickly performing Water Release: Storm. The rainfall was surprisingly warm which was perfectly fine with Makoto the less cold he would be the better he could perform. His hair would soon be drenched from all the rainfall as he shook it to the side. He closed his eyes for a second. He began to talk softly but loud enough for Hitomi to here. “Alright.. 2 O’Clock 40 meters out, he’s standing there waiting to be attacked. Literally waiting.” Makoto would open his eyes, his job was to capture this guy alive, not capture him dead. Makoto ran full sprint towards the man. Upon 2 meters he would swing at the man full force without remorse. Makoto’s plan was to knock him out. Makoto didn’t know anything in Hitomi’s arsenal so whatever she could do had better been useful.

Chunin: The chunin was standing there for a few seconds as he noticed that it began to rain. The rain was warm which was weird. This had to be some type of ninjutsu. Rain isn’t just warm out of nowhere, and rain doesn’t fall out of nowhere. The chunin got into an taijutsu stance, as he would see a Special Jounin jump out to swing on him. Although he was a chunin he had Special Jounin skills. He simply put 2 fingers towards the boy’s fist pushing his punch to the left. “I am an taijutsu specialist. Do not try me.”

She felt it a bit awkward for him to cause rainfall, as she wasn't sure what his plan was however as he finished and she was to ask him about it he ran off to the target. She overheard him mention the person was just standing there for them and with that she had to figure a plan. She followed with him and with his hit to the opponent she noticed the other excelled farther than she could ever thing in tai. But she did have an idea that would not only keep herself safe but also take him down. She performed a few handseals and just as she hit the last one her hair seemed to have come alive as if like serpents. She went up to them and threw a kick to him, not expecting to hit with her poor taijutsu but rather for him to block. For with a said block she's align the hairs around her body to cause spikes to appear as strong as some metals, meaning she had become a sharp shell that if blocked could cause cuts on one's skin. "How about trying this?" She asked towards him while the attack had commenced. This was all thanks to the jutsu she had used which was known as Needle Jizo. With such flow she could use, she could alter it to what she needed and considering her durability was low, this would help cushion an attack, being that her hair was nothing more than that to her body and wouldn't bruise or injure.

Makoto would watch from the side as Hitomi planned her attack. She tried to kick him, which wasn’t the smartest thing to do. She would obviously miss seeing that this guy was top tier taijutsu. But Hitomi wasn’t dumb, she had a back up plan. Makoto would chuckle at her movements so defensive but I guess that is sometimes good. Good defense makes good offense. Makoto would walk over to pick up the body, he was sort of bloody but he would’ve been okay. “Nice take out Hitomi.” He would grab the body and walk towards the village.

Chunin: The chunin obviously dodge the kick from a young girl he saw after the boy. Surprisingly she wasn’t as up to par as him, as she would retract her leg back the chunin would proceed to attack. Throwing flurries of kicks and punching right at Hitomi. As he looked down he noticed, this was not good. The girl had covered herself in sharp hair like a porcupine. The chunin passed out from the sight of his own blood. ‘Was this real? Did he really get beat by a girl?”

She looked a bit surprised with him attacking back, but this was what she had planned for. With her being knocked aside she took a moment to gain composure before seeing the opponent was down because of her idea. She was actually really surprised at this almost excited before looking to Makoto lifting the body to head back. "Thanks, I kinda hoped that would work." She mentioned following back, granted she knew he was knocked out but adrenaline can do just about anything so she followed just to make sure the guy stayed down and didn't try a sneak attack.
