Mission Description: Ryujin Senju has requested any able bodies shinobi of C rank or higher to aid him in his fight against the bandit threat. This is a very special mission compared to most bandit missions as you are to request a staff member to NPC one bandit and fight the bandit. The bandit must be brought to Ryujin alive.
Location: Konohagakure
Additional Information: Bandit must be controlled by a staff member. Bandit has 100 stats to be distributed in whatever way the staff member chooses. Bandit has 6 Skill Points for the staff member to distribute in whatever way they wish. Bandit knows 5 canon D ranked techniques, 4 canon C ranked techniques, 3 canon B ranked techniques and 2 canon A ranked techniques, the staff member may specify which canon techniques they are. Bandit has 250 Chakra. Bandit knows no limited techniques. Bandit must be captured alive and brought back to Ryujin Senju before mission rewards can be claimed. This mission has high rewards due to it's high risk and difficulty of capturing the bandit over killing the bandit.

It had been a long couple of weeks. Long rank D missions lasting for way too long. Makoto finally had a high ranked mission. The only bad part was that he was doing it all alone. He had no help, sidekicks, jounin, no nothing. But at the same time Makoto was eager to begin this mission, he was not scared of dying. He just wanted to be the best he could be while he had the chance. He got up from the bed and starred at the wall. ‘Man I gotta catch this bandit. I can’t be a risk taker today. Taking this mission alone was being too risky. I must not fail Konoha.’ He gets up and goes to take a shower and warm some tea He got his stuff and strapped up. Slipping on his boots and flak jacket. He carried no weapons which made him feel lighter. If he needed a weapon, his blood would be enough for him. He walked over to the door and saw that there was a note on the door “The bandit you seek is highly skill and dangerous. Be cautious and bring him back alive. Not dead. He is in a town nearby.” Makoto walked himself over to go get his warmed up tea and began making calculations to catch the bandit. Makoto was guessing the nearest town was around south east about 200 meters  from the east gate. Makoto rushed himself into the store to grab some treats, most of those happened to be rice cakes. He then left out the East gate going to search the town for this highly skilled bandit.

What more could one ever ask for other than to live the life of a bandit. To be seen as the best in the eyes of the bandit lord. Satsu had been operating as a bandit in this town for quite a while now. He knew that the nearest and most popular village around was konoha and that people always went in and out from it so he always layed ambush and attacked them. He was not just a bandit with swords and knifes. He was a real shinobi with a nice rank but then he saw the shinobi system as crap so he left his village and went to join the bandit nation. A nation with branches everywhere, they were more like a huge tree with roots and branches everywhere and Satsu was one of this branches. The source of his income in this land did not seem to dry off because there were people coming in both day and night and he knew that as long as konoha stood where it was, he would continue to be a bandit, lay ambush for people and rob them of all they have. That is his destiny and nothing can change that, not even death. The great bandit yawned as he got out of his cave. The bandits from the bandit nation were used to this, sleeping in caves when ever they were away in other lands other than their own base. This cave usually served more purposes other then for shelter because they cooked little food in here and also hid whatever they stole in here. Satsu looked to his right at the nice monies, items and valuable weapons that he had stolen and stored away. All these were sure to make him rich but why stop when there were still many of it out there? That was what kept him going. That was what made him a bandit, the will to collect from those who had more than enough. His motive was a bit right because these people had more than enough and yet they refuse to give to the poor but apart from this, he also hated scums who referred to themselves as shinobi. The shinobi system as he knew it was crap, it was a smelly shit and he wondered how any one could ever abide by those laws set by the ones who call themselves the council and hide away in the shadows. His bitterness for the current shinobi system was not a small thing and he was not afraid to express it anywhere and anytime. He was good enough to defend himself and whoever dared defeat him was indeed a powerful person in his own eyes but that would most certainly happen if he decided to let his own guard down.
It was yet another morning and he had to get to work. Mornings were always beautiful parts of the day because most people always travelled in this time or at night. Satsu got up from where he lay. He had woken up more early to have a quick bath and he went back to sleep again. Even if he was a bandit, he loved hygiene. He waved his white hair slowly as his eyes became fully bright for the start of his day. He walked out of the cave with a small bag that contained his own shit. He knew where to lay ambush for anyone, it was a must pass path for anyone coming into this town. He stood atop a tree and waited while stretching out his feelers for any oncoming person. The tree was about thirty metres long and there were lots of other trees around to cover him so detecting him without a sensing jutsu was almost impossible.

Makoto knew walking into this town that this was bandit territory. He kept his eyes peeled and his mouth shut. Makoto indeed had his wallet, but he didn’t know the stats of the bandit, and he couldn’t kill him so taijutsu was his best effort. Killing Makoto for the bandit would not be in best interest either, as Makoto saw it. Just asking him for the money was the closest thing that Makoto could think of. As Makoto saw the tree line he thought to himself. “What if I disguised myself as another bandit, then assumed my attacking. Makoto thought it was pure genius. He hid behind a tree pretty far away from the tree’s entering the village and performed his seals. Hare-Rat. He began thinking of one of the bandit’s he capture while on wall duty. Makoto waited for the transformation to finish as he came up with a plan. ‘Here’s what ima do. Ima team up with the guy. Then when he leasts expect it, Im gonna knock him out cold and bring his body back to Konoha. There is a good chance that he will just act like a bandit and rob me but it’s the best shot I have to fight him without full on combat. He begins walking down into the path with the trees and talks to himself. “Man I hate the Leaf. Those arrogant bastards. Im going to kill them all one day”

Satsu waited patiently in the trees. He knew his prey would arrive anytime from now and he was going to be ready for it. He was the lord of bandits in this area and he knew every bandit in this area and some others from the neighboring areas that bandits of the bandit nation usually operated in. He wondered what his first catch would be like. A rich person with lots of goodies to be stolen or another shinobi from the leaf village. It wouldn’t matter, they were all preys and he was the bad ass predator. He knew how he set his traps and he always set them well. While he was still living a life of a shinobi, he was known for his extreme skill in genjutsu and he had a very effective jutsu for rendering his adversaries useless. The kills he had had these past few days happened to be easy ones and he did not have to stress out himself but his body was beginning to ask for more, his body was requesting for the adrenaline pump that he usually got when his blood rushed but nobody had been capable of giving him that and he wondered how long he had to endure this. He had not gotten any information from the bandit lord in quite a while and he believed that all was fine but if anything was to ever go wrong, the bandits usually sent themselves messages through special birds that were only used by bandits. Bandits of his caliber were not easy to fool so words hardly worked on him. Thirty meters above ground, he could clearly see over a wide range from his position. His feelers were getting something but he felt like it was just a natural sensation for people like him, they always expected something or someone at any minute.

Satsu’s hawk eyes scanned the area ahead of him as he spotted something or someone in the distance. He put his information together and he was certain that it was a human. This person had chosen a bad day and a bad time to walk because the king hunting in the bushes today. No matter how poor or young the person would be, they would surely have something that would prove useful to Satsu and after that, he may decide if he would let them go or not. The person, whoever it is was not more than ninety meters north east of where Satsu was. The distance was not much of a problem to Satsu because he had the perfect trap in his arsenal. The crazy bandit reached for his small bag as he searched through it. He found what he was looking for as he brought it out to admire it a bit more even though it belonged to him and he always had it on his person at all times. Satsu breathed in deeply as he exhaled out once again. He closed his eyes and opened them calmly as he put the flute to his mouth and began to blow out a calm tune. The tune was soul soothing indeed but it was only meant to cause trouble. This beautiful tune that would seem like the voice of a thousand mermaids would travel as far as five hundred metres in range and radius from where Satsu was and at the fastest speed of sound. This beautiful tune would hit the thousand sound receivers of the incoming person unless he was deaf and as he would hear the tune, he would remain still suddenly as if he had been restricted by a thousand chains with no way out. Once this was done, Satsu would leap off the tree branch he had been waiting on at his fastest speed as he would head for the captured person while hopping from tree to tree.

Makoto was running for around 30 seconds until he got an uneasy feeling. It felt too perfect for him to “own” this town. He should know everything that goes in and goes out. With only 10 ryo in his pocket he knew that his disguise wouldn’t last that long.  He then hears a small tune in his ear. ‘Genjutsu’ He knew it as soon as he heard it. It was beautiful but eerie. Within that same second Makoto stuck his hand out generating lightning chakra as he can’t hear the genjutsu anymore. He sees the man come out of the tree’s with the flute moving quickly, but Makoto is way quicker. When Makoto is around 8 meters out he uses the jutsu he was planning to use. Lightning Beast Running Technique as he sees a hound made out of lightning come up out of his hand. With his eyes locked on the bandit with the flute. So there they are fighting; Bandit vs Bandit.

Satsu was on his way to catch his trap that was most likely trapped by now. Only few had ever managed to escape his demonic illusion: phantom chains technique as this seemed to be his speciality. He was still jumping from tree branch to tree branch towards his target that was still some meters away. He wanted to get this done with already. He wondered what sort of prey his trap had caught this morning. Was it a rich merchant or just a lowly shinobi. He was eager to know. The trees in the forests were about ten meters above the ground and they were very broad too so using the tree tops as a means of transportation, Takao had an advantage over whoever his prey was because he would be able to see them from above better than if he was on the same ground level with them. Takao continued towards the target. He could not imagine the person ever breaking out of the phantom chains genjutsu because once they heard the sound, they would feel as if their bodies were fastened by a chain and held in place. They would be robbed of all their mobility and this genjutsu was so effective to the point that even external forces would not save whoever was caught in this illusion. Takao opened his eyes to the brighter side of things which he did not put too much concern in. what if the target was a ninja and he had a way of breaking out of the genjutsu.. what if he had broken himself out of it already and was waiting for Takao to come in. That would mean problem because Takao was not very good in close combat. He loved playing tricks with the mind besides he did not bring along any weapon that could help him if it came to close combat. Even when he was still a shinobi, he did not like getting in close combats reason because he always ended his fights even before they started. That was his specialty and if this person had managed to break out of this genjutsu, then it only proved that he had some skills that could become a threat to Takao.

The young man looked sharply as he travelled through the trees with light foot steps. He could see the person ahead of him and below him. He had somehow managed to break out of the genjutsu or perhaps he had avoided it before he broke out of it. Takao did not seem interested in such fights. He stopped on a ten meter tall branch that was about fifteen meters away from the man that had broken out of Takao’s illusionary arts or that had even avoided it before it caught him. Takao did the rat and ram hand seal as he casted a genjutsu in a fifteen meters range from where he was but he knew that the man was out of that range. He then made a clone and sent it forward towards the man and as expected, the man reacted to this. He came in about eight meters with what seemed to be top speed towards Takao’s clone with a sort of lightning jutsu in his hand and the moment he crossed the border that separated him from the range of the genjutsu, he would get caught and even if he figured that this was a clone, it would have been too late. Already captured in the genjutsu that Takao used, the man would see himself successfully strike down Takao’s clone with his lightning jutsu. It would seem all real that he had killed the man because there would be blood and it would not look like it was a clone. He would feel as if he had accomplished his mission but then he would be unable to find his way out of the forest. If he managed to break out of this first illusion, he would find himself in a familiar location and attempt to make his way towards where he wanted to go but he would keep walking in circles once again. This was the power of the demonic illusion that Takao had used. The man would only be able to break out of the illusions once he had passed out due to fatigue or anxiety. The moment the man came into the genjutsu range, Takao would leave the scene and head for his hide out. He was not much suited in close ranged fights like this. He would catch a better prey some other time.
