| All of those, besides the very first Kages, who ranked from A-S because of a title they got such as the new Mizukage or an organization captain (anbu equivalent groups), are deranked back to A. You need to pay for your S rank rank-up. The first kages don't need to do this and this type of rank up was actually just meant for the first kages because they fought Bijuu to get those titles and it was apart of the event's perk. | |

| Alright, Alright I give xD A - Rank is fine as it will only bring my nin to a five. Also since I am going to be a konoha nin I would be jounin level and I don't want to take Mak's title away even thought he is currently in a drunken spar and is currently laying wasted on the streets xD | |
