This attack is able to pierce up to 1 S-Rank Defense, or 2 A-Rank, or 3 C-rank, or 4 D-Ranked Defenses. In order to cancel out the attack, another Ninjutsu technique must be at the same rank.

Description: This area effecting technique has an 50 meter diameter, which allows little chances of dodging. The attack starts under ground, where the user begins emitting electricity, that slowly breaks up the ground. Within the next few seconds, the ground breaks away, allowing lightning to reach at-least 25 meters in the air, without harming the user.
