Description: This jutsu was created by Makoto himself. It consists of 7 hand seals. The dragon is 15 meters long and moves quickly. They attack consists of one swallow, The dragon swallows the victim whole. While inside the lightning it paralyzes the person for one turn person not allowing them to do anything. This jutsu is very strong and Makoto can only use it twice a day (Post). Only Makoto can teach this technique.

Description: This is another jutsu Makoto created for himself. This jutsu is more of an defense to taijutsu. When someone gets too close Makoto can use this to get them off of him. The closer you are the more likely you are to get paralyzed. Only Makoto can teach this technique.

Description: This special jutsu was developed by Makoto for the sake of farmers. It causes plenty of rainfall but Makoto can also use it to sense chakra from unknown people. Depending on how much water Makoto puts into it, he can make it pour. This also allows Makoto to have the taget's exact locations. Only Makoto can teach this technique.

The first technique's range is fine for those ranks.
Most S ranks range around 100m, the powerful ones such as Bijuudama and things like that can even go up to 300 meters. But these of course are special situations and techniques that normally would have a good range.
