Cats + Doughnuts = Profits! [Mission]

Mission:

Kai walked down the street of Kumogakure with a bag of doughnuts in one hand and a cat secured in the other, the blonde paying no mind to the feline that she spent an hour hunting down and chasing. She also didn’t pay any mind to the scratches that littered her arms courtesy of the recently struggling cat nor did she seem to care about the damage Rei’s pet had done to her dress. Oh no, the ten-year-old was pretty darn happy for someone who had slid across the dirt in several fail attempts to catch the feline by throwing herself at it. She was also awfully happy for someone who had fallen from a tree as she attempted to coax the cat closer to her. Yet, that was because the young Hyuga was an obnoxiously happy person and so these things did not phase her.

There were medics available on the clan compound capable and willing to make the scratches disappear. A seamstress capable of fixing up them holes or making a perfect replica of the torn dress. And, lastly, somebody to clean the dirt from her body, though she was definitely going to do that herself. Kai was old enough to wash herself, had been since she was two-years-old and that hadn’t changed when she arrived at the Hyuga compound five years ago. Besides, the feline had only been acting on instinct and she definitely couldn’t fault the create for that. As a bonus, she managed to stop by the pastry shop and pick up several delicious doughnuts on her way back to Rei’s house.

She hoped the woman wouldn’t mind the small detour since the shop was only a block or two away from her house. She would be getting her cat despite the small detour and she would be getting a decent amount of money for her troubles.
