It was a normal day in Kumogakure, the time was approximately the afternoon. Doragon was in the training fields training his jutsu so he could become a stronger shinobi. His clothing that he chose for this particular day was simple: a solid black jumpsuit with the symbol of Kumogakure on the back of it that reached all the way to his ankles. Matching this jumpsuit were a black pair of sandals.
Since he had recently acquired an element, Doragon believed it was time for him to start training his Katon techniques. He had a jutsu in mind, one that could end a fight near instantly if it connected. Doragon needed to be fast and efficient, as drawing out a fight only led to the chance of more problems arising. For a brief moment, he thought of a few foolish Genin and Chuunin that loved having long fights just for the sake of fun. In his opinion, they didn't really deserve to be shinobi with a mindset like that, but he stopped thinking about this, as he didn't have the power to stop this, and therefore, it would be a waste of time thinking about it.
"Katon: Great Fire Dragon Technique. With such killing power, it surprises me that the jutsu only requires a single handseal. It'll be a great starting point for me to use Katon..now, this jutsu even allows me to control it, so I know it'll take a decent amount of chakra control to use."
Forming the tiger seal, molding his chakra and refining his chakra control, he blew out, sure that he would get the technique, only to blow out a tiny, pathetic fireball the size of a fly. But, that was apart of trial and error. This was a completely new element, and it was okay if he didn't understand it at first. For those reasons, he wasn't embarrassed at all. Such an emotion would be highly illogical in this situation.
"I believe the reason that it didn't work was because I didn't pump enough chakra into it..how unfortunate. I was holding back too much..I need to find the right frequency, a balance between chakra usage and chakra control."
Learning a new jutsu was never easy, but Doragon was up to the challenge, especially if learning these jutsu would help him make Kumogakure a better place. For that reason, and that reason alone, he wouldn't stop practicing until he had it down. After he mastered this technique, he figured that he would go on to use some A-rank Katon. He could only imagine the devastating effects that it could have.
Not only would it disintegrate an enemy into ashes, it would have a much higher range...I can only imagine how much damage that type of jutsu can cause. It's amazing how deadly Ninjutsu can be.
Now, it was time for the second try. After forming the single handseal once more, he kneaded up the chakra around his chest, infusing the Katon element within it. If he did the jutsu right, then it would be of a decent size with a dragon shaped fire ball. With a decent amount of force, he blew, and to his surprise, he actually got the jutsu right the second time. The dragon head shaped projectile slammed into a nearby rocky twice the size of Doragon, melting it away in seconds.
"Such power...even I had a feeling that this jutsu's offensive capabilities might have been exaggerated, but clearly, I was wrong. It feels good to have such an attack in my arsenal."
As he looked at the destructed the technique caused, he started to wonder who was the original creator of this move. Doragon guessed, that this man must have been considered a god amongst Katon users. It was scary that a jutsu such as this was only B-rank, which meant Doragon still had a ways to go before he truly became a master of Katon. Satisfied with what he accomplished here today, he left the training field, off to go order some healthy food. It was silly how ramen was so popular among ninja when it was bad for you, and no matter how much he told his fellow ninja they just didn't listen.
