Description:

Taika places the seal on a person, and automatically set's a time for it to detonate. When the seal is placed, it is possible to disarm it. how does one disarm said seal? The seals may not be detonated until the timer is up, no matter what. Taika can't detonate it, nor can the person disarming it. The seal can only be set within the times of 15 no one the 15 seconds. increase it to say...at least 30 seconds-10 minutes. No sooner, no later. less reiteration more description

explain how this special part changes everytime. Is it with the timer or with each seal?
