Description: This technique is unique in that it is used strictly as an augmenting force to other jutsu. The activation of this technique requires that the user's chakra be in a maintained form outside of the user's body and within the range of the technique. Once activated, the user is capable of sending another jutsu to the area specified, via the requirements (The user's chakra), at an increased speed (30) as a result of causing the disembodied chakra to 'pull' it. This technique can only affect jutsu of equal rank of lower. IE: the remnant water left over from 'Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave' could be 'chakra locked' and the user could be pulled along inside 'Water Shark Missile Jutsu at a greater speed to that spot via the chakra lock effect between The Shark Missile and Water Colliding Wave.

Description: A high level Genjutsu requiring both a source of water and mist to be present within the technique's range to be activated. Once activated, the user expands the mist to it's full range beginning it's effect as a wide range Genjutsu. The mist takes on a great spreading effect of chakra, similar to that of clone techniques, nullifying the user's ability to use techniques requiring greater chakra cost than this technique. However inside this chakra spreading causes a great enough chakra density (as the mist is recycled through the user's chakra network to sustain it) to nullify sensory techniques of equal or lower rank to those inside, and those of lower rank only to those outside. As an additional effect of the extremely chakra dense mist, the process of seeing the user's chakra is extremely difficult allowing only the highest levels of chakra visualization, at least on par with Mastered Byakugan level. The mist also maintains a physical form until cancelled by the user, so while releasing the Genjutsu to yourself would dispel the illusions it would not eliminate the mist itself or eliminate the illusions from others inside the mist. Once the mist has settled into position the Illusions immediately start. Though a maximum of one illusion may occur per human and/or summon within the technique's range, these illusions (however many come to exist) are capable of taking on the image of anyone within the mist. Though these images are simply images, they have no physical body or form and thus cannot interact physically. However, the illusions possess some abilities. The first being the most obvious in that they can be seen and the visual representation of the technique is capable of going so far even as to appear to be able to replicate the user's jutsu, though these are also only of sight and sound. The second ability of the illusions is less obvious in that they can be heard. These illusions are capable of replicating sounds the user has heard before. These illusions are all controlled by the user's will, capable of acting in any way he/she sees fit such as attacking, talking, defending, etc. However as stated before these illusions hold no real form and cause no perception of damage or physical presence if contact is made between anything physical or any illusion. As the mist holds a physical form it is capable of being dealt with in physical ways, unlike most Genjutsu (IE Blowing it away, temperature change clearing, stepping slightly outside of the range).

Description: When in a mist or otherwise in an area with a great abundance of water (IE, Lake, Beach, etc.) The user is able to convert a nearby small pocket of air and through a combination of chakra nature conversion and condensation, convert it into 100 cubic centimeters of water. After the conversion takes place, the water simply exists as water behaving as it should (likely falling from it's created position within the air to whatever the ground would be.

Description: After the needed handseal is performed by the user they may coat either of their hands in lightning chakra. Upon contact with another individual using the coated hand, the user creates a kind of taser effect causing the touched individual to be electrocuted with enough force to easily stun a normal human body for the duration of the contact though it is incapable of further damage and all damage done by this technique is temporary.  (Can be ignored with 60 or higher Durability).  In the event of damage coming to the hand anything of equivalent rank or higher can break the glove apart, however, lightning release of the same rank cannot.

1. Please explain to me in layman's terms what you'e attempting to do with this Jutsu. (Chakra Lock). I am confused by the information given.

2. Hidden Mist Hell. Same situation. That and the upkeep Chakra cost will have to reflect the site's systems. Also weakness of the Jutsu, what is it? Just keep it simple please.

3. Dense Air Advantage. So are you using the condensation in the area to make more water? Is that what you're saying? And ultimately what is the purpose of the Jutsu?

4. Golden Glove. How long does the stun last for? Can it cause death? What level durability must you be to be able to shrug this off? Details please.

I've edited the techs so that they come across more clearly, please forgive the lack of cohesiveness as it's been kind of a while since I've created techs and I'm sure I've built up a fair amount of rust about it. I've edited all four to fit what you've said but just to be clear about what I'm going for... Chakra Lock essentially pulls a jutsu toward a place I already have some form of chakra existing.

Hidden Mist Hell; changed the bit about chakra cost (Changed the whole description really) though it was intended to be an additional cost beyond the normal upkeep. Anyway, basically it uses an already existing water and mist source to make a bigger mist that has the explained illusionary effects. Weaknesses are that of any mist basically, or seeing through the attempt to fool two senses, in addition to the normal ways to defend against Genjutsu though they only apply to the individual in this case.

Dense Air Advantage, you got it. Chakra caused condensation to produce a small amount of water though it has been edited to more clearly reflect that.

Golden Glove I kind of dropped the ball on and should have read it over but it's basically just a taser glove turned jutsu and I hope the edits clear that up as well.

1. Chakra lock. Will need something more definitive on its mechanics. Can you please provide an example of the Jutsu in action? Also, as it's B-rank, the Jutsu you pulling or transporting should be of that same level and below. But yeah please paint a picture for me regarding its usage and effects.

2. Hidden Mist Hell. So as I understand it. You form a mist that invokes a Genjutsu. The Gen creates images to fool the enemy. Mist can be dispelled by being blown away etc. Do these images attack? Or are they more about misdirection? Also it nullifies Sensory because you spread out your Chakra in the mist? Hmm..not sure...Since I think they would still be a focal point. How does it affect a Genjutsu like the Byakugan?

3. Dense Air Advantage. What happens after you convert the condensation? I need examples of its capabilities and what it provides you with.

As for Chakra Lock I included an example in at the end, apologies for making it a literal comparison to other jutsu but I couldn't think of another way off the top of my head.

I've updated Hidden Mist Hell to include what you've asked for by expanding the technique, though I've added a couple other weaknesses as well.

2. Hidden Mist Hell is going back and forth. I just want to understand if these images can in fact use your physical Jutsu etc. Or if they do, is it the real thing or just an illusion of it all happening?

Hidden Mist Hell illusions can only appear to use jutsu and even then only appear to do so in the realm of those two senses. The illusions and anything they themselves produce have no direct means of harming others.
