A seal placed on the user’s body, this seal can store up to one S rank’s worth of chakra. The seal remains dormant upon the body until the user falls prey to another sealing technique. When drawn into an enemy’s sealing ability, this seal activates by drawing the wearing into itself, creating a kind of pocket seal within the offending seal in which the user is free to act.

A seal grafted onto the user’s chakra circulatory system, it remains dormant, capable of containing one hundred chakra. Once activated, the seal will burn the chakra stored within, converting it into an intense chakra-based light. While invisible to any normal eyes, those which can see chakra will find the light painfully intense, like a sun, all but forcing them to avert their eyes from the blinding form of the wearer. Should a person blessed with chakra sight chose to continue looking at the light, it can cause temporary blindness and permanent retinal damage.

For unholy Visage, do you pay the one hundred Chakra or does it come from like nowhere. Also what's the point of specifying a Chakra amount different from the b rank cost. You don't plan to be able to gain this Chakra back do you? Also, how does one get the seal inside of their body, as you need to touch surfaces to place seals.
