Description: The mark of a person not only knowledgeable in seals and not simply talented in seals, but possessed of seals. The art of sealing and inscription has, to some extent, taken permanent hold of the user’s attention and, as such, his mind has become occupied with seals in all things. With this technique, the user can move pre-inscribed seals (of ink or other writing medium) freely about, shifting them from a piece of paper to a wall, or from one scroll to the next. Should a seal be on the person’s body, he may shift it about wherever he pleases with no chakra cost. However, the user may not move hostile seals without first containing or having full knowledge of them. As expected, should one move a seal which houses something, like a weapon, whatever rests within the seal shall move with it.

Description: A supplementary ability to a sealist, with this, the user can exude an ink-like chakra manifestation from his body, generally stemming from the fingers. This allows the practitioner to draw without aid of a pen or anything of that sort as the ink can stain nearly any surface and is sticky enough not to simply slide off walls or even ceilings. The ink is generally gray or black, but the color can be altered freely to whatever the user wishes. Additionally, with mastery of the art of sealing, a user can draw even in the air, using his chakra to suspend the coloration and literally drawing on his entire field of vision.
Name: Partial Manifestation
Rank: D
Type: Fuinjutsu

Range: Self | Touch
Handseals: N/A
Speed: N/A
Description: By infusing chakra into a seal which already contains an object(s), the user can, rather than fully unsealing it, chose to unseal only part of it. For instance, if someone had stored a kunai within a scroll, he could chose to only unseal the blade, which would rise up from the seal as though cresting water. While supplementary in nature, this can has some battlefield practicality in allowing for quick defenses and the like. The user must have some contact with the seal in order to do this however.
