Q: Can our characters from a certain canon clan start in villages that are not founded by that clan?
A: All characters from a founding canon clan must belong to the village designated by that clan's location. Any migration to another village must be done after approval, in-rp.
Q: Can I be the leader of a canon clan?
A: Yes, but you would require the approval of two staff members.
Q: Is there a limit in the skill points a Genin can have in each specialty?
A: There is not. There is none for any rank.
Q: How many advanced elements is a clan able to have?
A: Only one (except for the Terumi clan)
Q: How can we gain skill and stat points?
A: The only ways to gain more skill and stat points than what you've be given are to rank up and to win events that award those points.
Q: What is the blast diameter of a standard exploding tag?
A: Five meters
Q: Are we able to relocate skill points?
A: Yes, but you can only subtract points from skills where you didn't use techniques from them. If you've never used Fuinjutsu techniques before, then you can relocate points from your Fuinjutsu skill. However, this can only be done ONCE.
Q: What is the Bukijutsu Speed stat?
A: The Bukijutsu speed stat determines the speed at which your weapon moves when swung/thrown. As stated in the Bukijutsu section of the Skill System, Bukijutsu speed is your character's base speed + Bukijutsu speed bonus given by your Bukijutsu skill.
