Visual Description: An elegant and deadly weapon, this rapier has been lovingly forged by a master smith and the blade shows it. At just over two and a half feet, the weapon's design allows for a single hand to wield it, though a second could theoretically be added if in a dire situation. The lovely thing has an amazingly narrow point of deadly sharpness and toughness which allows it to slip even into the toughest of armors or pierce the strongest of materials while the edges remain sharp, allowing for slashing damage to be done with the blade, though such is not its primary purpose. The blade is an instrument of death and of the regal school of fencing, giving it a superb balance and excellent handling speed. Finally, the grip is a comfortable leather, the guard a full hand piece of elegant and yet surprisingly sturdy craftsmanship designed to resemble a collection of interwoven hands, and the whole of the blade is a steel that has taken on an almost whitish hue.

Ability

• The Chosen: The metalwork of the weapon is such that chakra can be moved through it with virtually no effort. Only when used with this weapon, the cost of bukijutsu are treated as having been one rank lower than listed.
  
  
• Shatter Point: The signature ability of the blade, this sword was designed with the rampant nature of ninjutsu in mind. As such, it has been imbued at the tip with a certain material which is highly damaging to chakra and chakra constructs. Due to this property, the blade may strike objects created exclusively from and/or with the the aid of chakra. This allows for the destruction of barriers of equal or lesser rank to the blade with a strike as well as the destruction of constructs such as clones and other manner of offensive barrages. To attack such a barrier or construct, the wielder will simply strike the object in question, the sword draining chakra equal to half that paid in the creation of the technique, pushing this chakra into the structure and causing to to literally shatter and break apart harmlessly.
  

Cost: 5000 Ryo
Requirements: Crafted for the use of Ayatsuri, the metal of the weapon recognizes her chakra and thus the blade will repel others who attempt to use it by causing them to lose control of their chakra when they attempt to wield it. This results in their losing the chakra deduction for any techniques and for techniques to increase in cost by one rank. This lasts for two posts.

Fast learner- Items can't give reduction to general training but if you were to perform a bukijutsu tech with this weapon, then its possible that jutsu might receive reduction if you edit this and reword it well. -the wc reduction might depend on the ability stage too.

Shatter point- Nice idea but you have to pay chakra cost to be able to do what this ability does. Your description says it has been imbued with a certain material capable of destroying chakra. Is the material also imbued with chakra to be able to do this? -major ability.

The requirements? How does the weapon repel others and cause them to lose chakra? This is very vague. Pls explain better.

Shatter Point - Do you mean like pay to pierce a barrier or pay to damage a chakra construct? I thought most swords could pierce barriers of the same rank, but I am not actually sure. If you mean chakra constructs like clones and things like that, surely. What would you suggest for a cost?

Barriers. Even these are made with chakra correct? You can't have a sword piercing through a chakra enhanced barrier without the sword itself being imbued with chakra if you get what I mean.
Since the sword is A rank, I suggest you pay half the amount of chakra of the barrier made or chakra construct to be able to pierce it.

I added that it recognizes her chakra. Not sure what else you want. Do you want like a specific mechanism for how it disrupts chakra?
