An Announcement For Sunagakure no Sato!

Voltaire Hyasahi stood in the center of an intersection of two busy streets, holding up the tips of the fingers that the boy had been so kind in giving him. These may have looked like seeds to a corpse tree, but they were really the seeds of chaos, and he was going to reap the rewards instantly. Holding them up with his palms open for all to see, and trusting that his years as a Shinobi tracker and the ears that went along with the job that the boy was still following him, began to shout out to the people of Sunagakure no Sato. He would shout out for every ninja and civilian to hear his version of things that would grant both himself and the boy he had found the safety that they would both need. He made a mental correction, the boy had actually found him. Either way it was an unbelivabely lucky find for the both of them and Voltaire Hayashi was not the kind of fool who was going to let that type of a chance fly by. He was going to milk this for everything he could and then rise above. He took in a deep sigh before he started to shout, recalling the little bit of genuine sadness and then freezing it the moment it appeared on his face. "Some of you," he began, "may have noticed a recent death. A beloved member of the community has died today, and I like to believe we all mourn that. He was the ramen chef, one of the best in this area in my opinion, and his death, was not a natural one. The man behind me," he said gesturing now where he knew that Satsujin would be by now, "has taken his life. This crime has not, and will continue not, to go unpunished. One can tell just from the smile on his face, however, that he is not in his right mind. As a chief of medical staff who has been there for all of you, indiscriminately, I would like to suggest, no, I would like to come to this community to request, that you now let me be here for this man. His mind is ill and I believe that I can help him. I can help him to never feel the need again to kill. I already injured him. He has a broken nose and bloody lip, which is why his face is covered in blood, and I took his finger tips so that wielding a knife would be far too painful for him. He will be kept under my care, and I want all of you to know that the killings will end, if only you all trust me! I am doing this, and I am asking your the support of all of you, good people!" Voltaire was terrible with one on one interaction, but leading a crowd was so extremely easy to him.

Having made a small detour to fetch his lovely sword, Satsujin was now in the process of heading to Voltaire when he heard him shouting. He was anxious about what he was screaming for and to his surprise it was about him killing the man. The smile on his face widen as he stepped behind Voltaire right when he motioned for him to come. Listening to his speech, he would look down at his fingertips before he would realize this little performance would be beneficial to both of them. Satsujin would look around at the crowd his eyes looking at the reactions of the people as they listened. He could see his teacher was someone good with words and this little performance was just gonna be one of many. Calmly standing behind Voltaire even though he wanted to jump into the crowd and begin a murder show Satsujin would calmly wrap the chain of his blade constantly around his hands. " Can't we just kill these people?" Satsujin would whisper to Voltaire.

The Priest Kyo was hanging around the village but instead of his normal preaching, Kyo being flirtatious with some of the village woman he found to be pretty. "And so then after i fought the clan of murderous trolls, I took over they mountain! Thus Mount Kyoto was born. Hehehe" All lies yes. But it kept the three girls he was chatting up interested. Maybe they some what believed him but even then that story was far fetched.."Hell..A five year old could have came up with a better story." Kyo thought to himself as he think he failed. Yet the girls proved him wrong. Asking when will they see him around again as they had to go. Maybe a tactic to ditch him or they really would like to meet him again. "Of course you'll see me around! Hell I'm going to be a very important guy pretty soon, just you wait!" The girls waved as they walked away laughing and blushing. Kyo sits quiet for a little ".....LAME! Mount Kyoto!?!?" Kyo begins to walk after letting out a sigh and as he do, he sees a crowd and hear some man talking. This reminded Kyo that he needed to start his preaching soon!
Walking closer to the crowd, the man in the intersection looked familiar. And with a few steps, his identity became clear. The head of the Medical staff, Voltaire. Coming from behind him was someone Kyo never seen. "Murderer  eh? Lord Jashin wouldnt like thaatttt..." The priest, whos sole work is to be the direct vessel of Jashin's Judgement on those who sin. After Voltaire's speech about rehabilitating the killer. Some Genin spoke out. Kyo recognize the Uzumaki, Ume. But his focus was on something entirely different Cause not too long after Ume words, Kyo's eyes locked on the other Uzumaki, Yoko. "....such beauty...such lovely figure.....such perfection.." Peering towards the twins with now a bloody nose Kyo begins to regain composure and starts to walk to the Uzumaki twins.
Now by the twins, Kyo clears his throat. "So. You against this too? Well maybe for reasons other than mine but against it none the less." Kyo wipes his nose, removing the blood hopefully fast enough so the two didn't notice. "Excuse me, Yoko right?" Hopefully Kyo knowing they names already didn't freak them out. But then again they are the son and daugther of a council so its not as bad as he thought. "I just wanted to say. I adore your outlook on things such as this. Maybe we can discuss more of it! Over some tea and rame-..." The ramen man was dead. Bad timing Kyo. "Over some Tea!?!? Hahahaha!" The priest blushed out of slight embarrassment, but smiled through it all.

Voltaire Hayashi smiled towards the young boy who had yelled out to him and made sure to maintain a civil air about everything he did while he was commanding the crowd. If he seemed mean in any way to this affeminate child then he would be doing a great damage, and he had heard that there were Uzimake, so he always made sure to be good to those with red hair. Nothing is more useful than a Fuinjutsu master in these days, and that is what the clan had always been famous for. "Sir," he said, maintaining his crowd pleasing voice, "I understand your concern, and I assure you that I have considered taking him to the council, but, you see, I am very much afraid what he may do to a prison. No amount of guards can do what a Jounin dedicating his entire existence to one prisoner can. I do so hope that you can understand, and maybe even come to support my decision. And if you cannot, then I respect that, but to request that you give me some time. If he kills again you have my word, that I will not hesitate him before he can even complete the attempt. He may be a dangerous Genin, but I am still a Jounin!" Voltaire looked behind him and locked eye contact with the young Genin, turning around entirely before nodding a little so that nobody from behind could tell that he had done it. He lowered the hand holding the finger tips and extended the other, letting threads of chakra from each finger seep out and connect to the boy. He was the only puppet master of his skill, so nobody else would know that what he was doing would be little more than a parlor trick working entirely off of cooperation. Since Satsujin had vowed his life, he was sure that he could access the motion of the body for just a moment. He pulled on strings attatched to the boys joints to make him quickly pop into a salute, and then slowly put his arms down, and sink down into a pose of meditation. If the boy did not go along with it then he would just seem to be getting tugged on at random. "I promise you all, that I am his keeper, in sleep he shall be locked up, and in his waking hours he will be under my supervision, and in times of danger, my control." If the boy followed along, he would have the perfect illusion of control. He was also glad to see that Kyoto was becoming a further distraction. A disorganized dissent was a weak army at best. He also heard the boy mention something about Jashin and decided that he would have to remember him. The job of the shinobi WAS to be aware of his surroundings entirely.

Mission Details:

Sachio had just left the Council minutes ago in search of his targets after clothing himself in the Arm of Destruction. Orders of upmost importance had been placed upon his shoulders as well as the shoulders of another. He was moving along rooftops quickly, but ever aware and safely. Before entering a distance where Sachio could see the tomfoolery at hand, the Chunin could hear it. Utter bullshit being spat out the mouth of this Jounin, Sachio was surprised he couldn't smell it as soon as he departed the council's meeting place. Halting his approach still out of sight, now was where proper preparation would be taken to ensure the mission at hand was executed properly and cleanly.

Sachio would move into position, not fast, but not slow, a moderate pace where he could remain incognito and produce only light sounds that came naturally with touching sand and stone. No anomalous variables, no unnecessary movement, and no harm done. During this movement Sachio had allocated chakra to his feet and hands to stealthy work his way along the walls of the building in front of him. This building was ten meters high and connected to it towards the direction the outplaying scene was, was a building that was five meters high. This five meter high building is where Sachio would halt his advance yet again to scope things out while in a crouch. Directly to his front, only ten meters away on the ground was Voltaire and Satsujin. A crowd had made a weak perimeter around them to listen to what he was saying about seven meters away from them, forming a circle. The circle wasn't fully enclosed nor vast in numbers, but it was still a fair amount of people, but none were closer than seven meters to Voltaire and Satsujin. Directly to Sachio's back was the ten meter high building and where he had silently come from.

Combat would be imminent and with Sachio facing a shinobi of Jounin caliber and a well established medical ninja along with a Genin, he'd need to be careful. One hand seal and quietly a clone would spawn himself next to Sachio in a minuscule light mist of smoke that immediately disappeared after it was made. The clone already knew what Sachio wanted it to do, the plan of action being produced in his mind prior to conjuration of the replica on his way here. From standing on the rooftop the clone would take a breath and phase into the ground below. Yes, straight through the roof into the building which had stone floors with no obstacles in the clone's way. No harm was done to the clone or its surroundings during this surreal like maneuvering, not even with its 'landing' on the surface below. This was the beauty of the Hiding Like a Mole technique that was employed and sustained immediately after the clone was spawned. It was akin to a diver entering water, so smooth and slick that the surface was only bothered where the body had touched and no where beyond that. In addition, all the minerals of earth that the clone would touch while under the influence of this jutsu would instantly repair itself after being touched, reverting to its natural state and appearance. No altering done to its consistency, durability, or its structural integrity. One may argue that the inhabitants of the building the clone had moved through would be disturbed or angry, but the shenanigans going on outside had summoned those who would naturally be in the building outside to see what was going on. Besides, the building seemed to only be a storage room for the building connected to it, that explained the stone floors and emptiness.

The clone Sachio had made would be able to sift through the sand seemingly liquifying it as it swam through its volumes. One could argue it was moving blind if they were aware of its presence, but the way the clone moved didn't disturb the surface nor give off vibrations that'd alert persons above it that it was existing and moving beneath them. Returning back to the notion of traveling blind, with the Hiding Like a Mole Technique being used the clone was actually capable of and was actively sensing not only Sachio's electromagnetic field, but anyone who was within a reasonable range specifically Voltaire and Satsujin. This made the clone aware of where it was at all time, since it had been spawned after Sachio noted their presence and the presence of his surroundings. It was the intersection of two busy streets, so that meant Voltaire and Satsujin had drawn a crowd in a four way intersection. The battlefield was a square, its proportions twenty meters by twenty meters. This logged in the minds of both Sachio and the clone, the clone would also log the targets were in the center of the circle of other electromagnetic fields that were people.

Now was time for the Chunin to bring justice to the sands and not this foo foo lame horse poo that this man Voltaire Hayashi was trying to pass off as justice. Atop the roof of the building that was five meters off the ground and had a five by five meter spread of flattened space, Sachio was in the center of this rooftop. To his front was the backside of both the desperate Jounin and mentally ill Genin that he was trying to pass off as a potential good seed. Such rubbish. To Sachio's back was the other building that stood twice the height of the one he was on as he listened carefully to the actions that were occurring below. The crowd that was gathered was having their minds tainted with the deceiving words that the man spouted, but some had spoken against him, seeing through this front of false justice. Sachio took note of these individuals, one being an ally directly for this mission, Ume Uzumaki. But this Jounin, who was he to take matters into his own hands when murder was on the table? He hadn't even taken the time to learn the name of the one he had allowed to be murdered with no vengeance. Removal of finger tips, a bit of damage to the face, some babysitting, then all was fair? No imprisonment, no slaughter like he had done to an actual productive member of society? Why cradle a mentally ill member of society who just kills innocents for the fun of it? And why house a ninja, a Medical Ninja at that, who sees such an action as something laughable. At least that's what it came off as given he felt a weak ass punishment would suffice for the crime he failed to act against. Then it was even more disgusting how he looked to the citizens of Sunagakure first to try to make his actions seem righteous and fair. Why had he not reported to the Council? They were the supreme rulers of Sunagakure and the ones who determined what was just in these sands. Perhaps he knew his actions were immoral and he tried to get a backing for them within the general public before confronting the Council so he'd have numbers. Such things were also unjust.

Did Sachio truly care about it all however? The answer was a one sided no. The Chunin only saw this as an opportunity to get some face value in the village and get into some real action. Ironic enough, face value to the public wouldn't be immediately earned given his current appearance wrapped up in a Fuinjutsu medium known as the Arm of Destruction. This would make any who saw him unaware of who he truly was given this was the first time he had worn the guise out in public. From head to toe he was wrapped in the bandage like sealing paper that was ribbons of scrolls. The only skin still visible was a small area above his lips to stop above his eyes, not even allowing his eyebrows to be seen. This area was shaped like an upside down triangle with slight curves on the sides to the border of his eyes. None of his visibility was robbed with this covering, nor was maneuverability. The covering was a nice fit, not tight enough to cut off circulation nor restrict movement and not loose enough to be a hindrance or come unravelled during even the most intense bouts of combat. If he willed it loose, it would unravel as if it were hardly wrapped on however such a useful covering it was, especially when it came to the seals he had inscribed on them prior to this occasion. Two Generic Seals on the under part of his wrist -if he turned his palm to face him he'd see the seals-. These seals stored ten kunai with explosive tags on the handles, sixteen shuriken, a single gas mask, and one container for water since he lived in Sunagakure. Hydration was important after all. Then on the forearm of his right arm, but on the outside -opposite of the first two seals-, was the third Generic Sealing Formula. This seal was empty, for now at least, hopefully by the end of today, Voltaire and Satsujin would be resting inside of it while they were transported. Sachio also had black loose pants on that stopped beyond his knees, then a black band of cloth -sweatband- that had the Sunagakure insignia on it. Wouldn't want his actions to be seen under the guise of an outsider. After all, he had met briefly with Itagaki, the supervisor for this mission, while in such clothes, so he'd be just fine.

Back to the nonsensical babble that was one attempting to free him from the clutches of a serpent. "He may be a dangerous Genin, but I am still a Jounin!" Sachio contained his chuckle, this diarrhea of the mouth dribbling from the lips of Voltaire by the time Sachio had arrived on this rooftop and spawned his clone. The clone,as previously stated, had used the Hiding Like a Mole Technique to fall through the rooftop while not disturbing the surfaces consistency of solidity. The clone also fell through the floor of the stone floored warehouse it fell into and immediately began to move towards Voltaire. This clone was 10m below ground to avoid anythings like pipelines or other obstacles. The clone would move to a position directly under the targets, so ten meters away from Sachio who was on the roof. The setting sun was in front of Sachio naturally stretching all shadows in the direction it faced.

First the Boar seal, then the Ox seal, then one seal that was unique to this technique alone. All three hand seals together occupied a fragment more than a third of a second and would birth the violent spiraling of the sand in a three meter area centered on Voltaire and Satsujin since they were in immediate proximity of each other. Only three meters of sand beneath the two would be churned as well, so the clone Sachio had created would be safe and the same went for the citizens. The way the sand would churn was first around their ankles as to bind them down in place in less than a second of initiation. Then the rest of the targeted three meters would suction in and downwards to crush up to the knees of the ninja or at the least bind them in place if they had the durability to withstand such an attack. One attack to subdue one of Jounin caliber along with a Genin would be foolish however, so Sachio's clone would also take action. From below the Jounin and Genin, the wrappings on the clones arms would shoot upwards, but around, careful to leave the soon to be effected area for the original Sachio's jutsu unoccupied to avoid being effected in any way, this also went for the clone's own body. With fifty meters of wrappings at its disposal and one one arm designated for each nin, twenty-five meters worth of wrapping could be said to be allocated to each target. The clone wouldn't limit things like that however, however much was needed for one or the other would be used may it be ten meters and forty meters, twenty-four meters and twenty-six meters, or one meter and forty-nine meters. The only extra factor needed to be noted was that since the clone was ten meters underground, still holding its breath, with two arms being used that was twenty meters of mentioned range already diminished when the surface would be broken. The surface being broken was the moment the myriad of bandages were finally perceivable this being a cue for actions of the original. The bindings would have emerged to make a cage for the targeted ninja, three and a half meters away from them in a circle. They'd move at maximum speed and the cage would be a mere two meters high. Such a small cage meant little time was needed to for it, a total of a second of time to be more specific. This would be called the first phase of the clone's acts and immediately the second would begin.

With roughly twenty-four meters of bandages expended, the myriad of bindings would move to do what they were meant to do and that was bind and seal. Still keeping the formation of the cage, stray bandages from the myriad commanded by the clone would branch off to attempt to swiftly wrap around the two ninja from all sides of the targets save for the ground or anything touching the spiraling ground. First the hands specifically would be bound to prevent hand seals, then the arms would be bound to their sides by wrapping the bandages around them, next the general torso -waist to shoulders-, then the area of legs that weren't targeted by the original Sachio's jutsu, then finally the head neck and remainder that weren't part of the legs potentially caught in the spiraling earth jutsu. Given these bindings were secured the shinobi wouldn't be able to move and if caught in the earth jutsu, the areas avoided by the clone wouldn't only be bound, but broken from the tension. Though an area of three meters was targeted with this doton jutsu, the targets wouldn't be fully submerged in said depths, but if needed they would be.

Moving on, had the bindings worked as planned, this second phase taking roughly three seconds to be complete, they'd be lifted out the earth that crushed their legs and have their broken limbs bound as well to fully complete the capture.

The bandages were tight, tight enough in fact ones body could feel the pressure to a degree that could cause slight pain, pretty crucial on their legs. Breathing would surely be a hard task inside the compact sealing, but if they didn't panic they wouldn't die while inside. The bandages encroachment upon the situation were while the self-righteous and long winded Medical Jounin was still speaking. The clone would sift through the earth upwards, but only if the bindings were secured and when the earth jutsu stopped. The bandages on his arms having multiple trails leading to the two targets, there was about thirty meters worth of bandages expended total out of fifty. The original Sachio would then safely descend the rooftop of the building and approach, shielding his eyes from the sun, but still able to perceive all he normally could. "Orders of the Council request that these two be fetched for a trial. Their crimes. . . well you just heard them confess to such crimes." His voice was a bit gruffer than usual due to his covering in the bandages he wore. He'd give a look of acknowledgment to Ume following a nod to signal that he was Sachio, the one he was assigned the mission with. "You ready to go Ume?" The clone would stand idle, but still ever aware of its surroundings, especially while on such an important mission. Its focus was on the two potentially sealed in the bindings mostly, even the slightest bit of resistance would result in the unsealing of an appropriate amount of previously tagged kunai to prepare for further neutralization. They did have the hidden eyes of Itagaki watching over them, standing by to prescribe medical assistance to the wounded. That being the reason Sachio didn't hesitate with going for a leg shattering jutsu or the clone wouldn't hesitate to prescribe an explosive to either of the targets.

Listening to the people express their opinion on why he should be locked up or killed, Satsujin would just smile and secretly laugh as they talked. As he was enjoying the moment his body would begin to move on his own, First saluting the man before dropping down to the ground his legs Indian style. Satsujin didnt know what was going on but he decided to go along wit the flow as he would close his eyes and take and deep breathe. He wanted to kill everyone in his sights but Voltaire hadnt give the order so Satsujin would begin to meditate as he thought about how he could kill everyone. Hanging their bodies from the rooftops would stop all this useless chatter as fear was the only way to truely control everyone. Blocking out all noise and sights as he meditated next to Voltaire, Satsujin would become slightly erect as pain began to sweep up his legs. Thinking it was just a ant, Satsujin would continue to mediate as his entire body was wrapped in a seal. "If I knew this was gonna happen I should have just killed sensei"

Some of the most random shit Kyo had ever seen just happened. Since he wasnt really focus on the happenings to Voltaire and the murderous guy. However he did catch glimpses of Voltaire controlling the genin. Kyo remember thinking that Voltaire worship Lord Jashin also thus giving him the power to manipulate the masses and control peoples movement at whim! But the attention went straight back to the twin, Yoko. Not soon after that someone came completely out of nowhere and captured the creepy murdering genin. Crazyness. After everything settle and they began to take them to the council, Ume told Kyo something he'd forever remember. "Never again speak to my Onee-sama like that again. Or else... I will cut off your johnson." All Kyo could do is smile and somewhat cover his penis. He was speechless until Ume had gone with the other guy. Kyo looks at Yoko and begins to back away snapping his fingers while pointing at her "I'll see ya later sweet cheeks" Kyo had left the area that they were. Maybe to never talk to that woman or her crazy twin. He just shakes his head as he head to the bath house along with his trusty nose bleed.

Voltaire Hayashi felt a rumbling in the ground, but not in time to react to it due to his low speed. He still did not move especially quickly, to be quite honest it was rather shameful considering the fact that he was already at the rank of a Sungakure no Sato Jounin, but just as he started to worry that he was some sort of a disappointment that rumbling wrapped around his legs in the form of sturdy Earth, and he remembered what his value as a shinobi was. He knew that this would have been enough to entirely shatter the bones of the average human being, but instead it would only leave bruises on the skin and possibly sore his bones later, but this was nothing that he could not fix in five minutes with his own medical ninjutsu, but he was very much worried about Satsujin. Had the boy reacted in anger then the whole act would be ruined. The aggravation was immediately visible on Voltaire Hayashi's own face, but the villagers would not get much of a chance to see his disgust with the situation because he immediately turned around to see how his new test subject and potential comrade was doing. The boy seemed to be handling this situation much better than Voltaire Hayashi could have expected. Well, Satsujin did suggest killing Voltaire, but at least he still called him Sensei, so this was a wonderful reaction. The boy was still acting like his tame pet, so this was going to work out just fine. He turned around with a calm face to see the man who had caused this. At first he saw the bandages and got an image in his mind of the mummy and assumed for a moment that the man was a dangerous rouge ninja, but before he could form a hand seal, just as he was about to, actually, he realized that the man was wearing a symbol of Sunagakure no Sato. A villager of the Sand was not the type of person that he was interested in killing, so he immediately dropped his hands back down to his sides. He was excited to hurry up and get out of this, hopefully but not necessarily taking Satsujin with him, and heal all of the wounds that the two, assuming once more that he could get his new comrade out of this terrible situation with him. He felt the bandages wrap tightly around him and decided that he was going to face his fate with tact and skill instead of pride and recklessness. As he felt the paper taking him, took a deep breathe and tried to relax.

With both the nin in his possession and with Ume finishing up here, Sachio and his clone began to take their leave. A kunai was safely withdrawn from a holster on his right thigh and he cut the stray bandages that were leading from the clone's garbs to Voltaire and Satsujin. This action wouldn't compromise the bindings in any way, shape, or form. Both, Sachio and his clone, would then reach down and grip the bindings of either Voltair of Satsujin by a single bandage lifting them as if they were a suitcase, before hoisting them over the shoulder out in empty space to a position harmlessly against their own back. "I'll meet up with you at the Council then." With that Sachio returned the kunai back into its holster and tugged on another bandage in the cocoon that housed his targets. This pulled a single strip of the bandages out just like what was done prior and allowed Sachio and his clone to carry the sealed bodies they had with them in a backpack style. This didn't compromise the integrity of the sealing or binding.

Disregarding the crowd as far as explaining his actions went, Sachio would avoid all obstructions as he departed, ever weary and alert on his way to the Council. He took a route that wasn't really exclusive or hidden given he had a member of the Council with him and his clone observing from the shadows. The Chunin still wasn't lax however, nor was his clone. Both were aware that the mission wasn't over as they still had their targets on their backs. Though they went down without resistance such things could change at any given moment. The artist never counted his chickens before they hatched and wouldn't start today.
