He's been encountering troubles with 2 mercenaries that have been targeting elders like himself. They don't appear skilled, but be careful.
Merc 1- 3 in Bukijutsu, 2 in Taijutsu, uses large spiked club as primary weapon, rather slow in the membrane but makes up for it with his surprising strength.
Merc 2- 4 in puppetry, uses a spider shaped puppet equipped with a flamethrower concealed in the mouth. Each of the feet are soaked in a paralysis poison, Genin should withdraw if injured by the feet.

I know he's doing it to spite me, but … uhm … the moon's not in the right phase, and … You know what. Just get rid of him, please. Not kill, defeat and … something, do we even have a prison? We do? Oh good. But yeah, he's a menace to public safety and should be put down for that. Just beware of his skill with Iaido (Speed stat of 40), but other than that he's a frail old man. I think.

However, the fact remains that he is a practitioner of ninjutsu and should be regarded as dangerous.
Additional Information: Genin are not recommended to engage this threat unless in a team with a Jounin, and even then - Be cautious. (Puppetry 4 on enemy)

Mission Description: A low-ranked Missing-Nin from our own Kumogakure no Sato has set up camp not too far away from here. He's joined by two lackeys, hired muscle as opposed to Ninja, and seems to have made a habit of assaulting people. But, and this is where things get weird. The corpses we've recovered have been missing body parts. Limbs, organs, you name it. We believe the individual responsible is most likely harvesting the body parts, but for reasons unknown. Either way, attacking civilians, particularly those of Kumogakure is unacceptable. Bring an end to his operations. He is known for his Kenjutsu specialty (Bukijutsu 4), but not much else. His lackeys were said to be in possession of hammers of a sort.
