The most recent crime was actually committed in the home of the Mizukage. What was stolen was a single stamper with the Mizukage seal. The mission is simple, figure out who this thief is and recover the seal. Bring the thief back alive.

It has been reported that the tagger is heavily guarded by bandits and the tagger alone is considered a B rank threat. Proceed with caution.
