Description:
This jutsu scales speed and power based on Rank. The higher the technique the more powerful it is, however the slower it moves. The lower it is, the faster it moves, but the less damage it does overall.

D- Tier 5 speed/Tier 1 damage(Pinpoint accuracy)
C- Tier 4 speed/Tier 2 damage(Pinpoint accuracy)
B- Tier 3 speed/Tier 3 Damage(AOE of 10 Meters)
A- Tier 2 speed/Tier 4 Damage(AOE of 20 meters)
S- Tier 1 speed/Tier 5 Damage(AOE of 25 meters)

Just by snapping fingers, please add in some handsigns.

The snapping fingers is the draw back. And there are plenty of jutsu that do much worse with 0 hand signs

That is not a drawback, and there are plenty that do worse with a lot more handsigns. I'm asking to add in hand signs for this technique.

It is because with the snapping the user is forced to put their hand forward to point the snap. This gives an area around the user of an arm's length which they can't attack. -drawback-

By adding hand seals that area is now negated because the user can preform the hand seals and then the attack can be done from the surface area of the body.

You know, great fireball does handsigns then it comes from the mouth. Seems similar, I guess if you think snapping hands is a drawback, make the length of time it takes to do that equal to performing 3 hand signs

I can go with the snapping taking up 3 hand seal slots.
