Description: Octopus is a technique utilized by Rika Terumi, one that requires a water source either natural, groundwater or lake water will do, or made by the user via another technique. The water gathers around Rika in a circular fashion, the circle itself being 2m radius with Rika serving as the center of that circle. Once a sufficient amount of water is gathered, eight tentacles will sprout from the circle. With a max reach of 15m, these tentacles can be used to restrain or strike an opponent as well as intercept or defend incoming attacks. Though the tentacles may seem to have a mind of their own, they’re given commands via Rika’s mind though this does not prevent the tentacles from attacking collectively or individually. An upkeep cost equal to the rank of the technique is paid every turn after activation if maintained for more then one post.
