Weapon Rank

What is the significance of weapon ranks? Sure it can be harder and sharper and what not.
But what's the difference between an A-rank Weapon and a S-rank weapon? In clashes and other cases?

S rank would cut through lower ranks easier, B rank would not be able to cut through an S rank~ and so on

I don't think so, if it wasn't stated in the app that a weapon can add extra damage and so on, a kunai should be able to fend it off

So if you try to block an A ranked weapon with a B ranked weapon, the A rank will just break the B rank and you win?

Basically. Though it sort of depends on the A rank user's strength which should be used logically. Let's say he had 10 strength, the force used wouldn't really be able to do it, it's like dropping a sharp knife compared to slashing with a sharp knife

So are you saying that an C-S weapons can't be blocked by a kunai even if the strength of the kunai's wielder is equal or more than their opponent's

I think he means the opposite. No matter how sharp the knife, strength is in play. But a shifty made knife is gunna get rekt

Kunai are shit compared to C-S ranked weapons, it'll get cut through no matter the blocker's strength, especially an S rank

A lot of higher ranked weapons were blocked by kunais, hidan's scythe, the large demolition sword used by Kakashi in the 4th shinobiwar, Madara's gunbai and so.e other weapons were blocked by Kunai and so on are examples
