The material is made of a chakra conductive silver plated metal that allows a user to pour in chakra for different effects. Usually however the effects are based on the tune that plays.

This flute is a transverse (or side-blown) woodwind instrument that is closed at the blown end. The instrument is played by blowing a stream of air over the embouchure hole. The pitch is changed by opening or closing keys that cover 16 circular tone holes . Opening and closing the holes produces higher and lower pitches. The direction and intensity of the air stream also affects the pitch, timbre, and dynamics

Ability:
The flute is able to channel Chakra to vast extent. It allows all types of genjutsu to be preformed from simply playing a tune.

This flute has been specifically attuned to Tetra's chakra's wave length and will only work for her. In the case that anyone attempts to use this flute with out the owner attuning it to their wave length, any resulting jutsu will be cast on themselves.

Hold up hold up. Alright first off, all types of genjutsu doesnt make sense. its a flute so it would cast sound genjutsu, when you say all types it makes it seem like you gonna lock me in Sharingan Genjutsu . So scratch that. Second abilites are for the weapon and items them selves. Like for instance i have a bubble blower. If Cookie were to take it he could only blow bubbles because he doesnt know the technique. Its the user that enables the genjutsu. Not the flute. I dont know how the fuck you got 3k ryo, but it would only be rank A meaning its only 1k ryo. Also it has to be breakable if you dont mind adding that.

Yea A rank item+medium ability = 3k

No ability. That cant be an ability. Flute makes sound. You cant have a smelling genjutsu with a flute.

It's valid, it changes the genjutsu's trigger from whatever it was to sound

The flute was designed so that only the owner and those they attune the sound to can cast Genjutsu from it.




And question now....so do I need to change anything or... lol mass of talking kind of confused me a bit.
