Mission time

It was another early morning for Soul on this particular day. Soul's original thought was to take it easy for a few days and just do a few D rank missions to let himself rest after a some tougher C ranked missions. However he didn't quite think his day through when he selected his mission. He looked at the letter grade and the pay and assumed it would be easy like any other D rank but after giving it some thought he realized he was in store for an exceptionally menial day of hard labor. The particular mission that Soul selected today was that of helping out with construction work, which more than likely meant that he was about to spend his whole day doing an actual job and getting paid half as much because it was technically a D rank mission. Even so, he had to work through all the dread and wear and tear he was about to endure unless he wanted to face the consequences of Kai and also if he ever wanted to see another paycheck. With all that in mind Soul packed himself a lunch box and plenty of water as today was especially toasty outside and he would likely never be able to satisfy his thirst in the heat.

With his supplies now packed he made his way out towards the work sight. It was a sectioned off area with a few make shift walls sectioning off the street from the construction area. If he remember right from what he read the other day they were building a new hospital here. Soul didn't get far before he found one of the foreman of the work site and was put to work. He actual was doing some very basic work that wasn't too difficult. His main job was escorting some materials to the workers who were working on the inner workings of the building. The day continued mostly like that with Soul getting orders to do a few odd things here and there and all in all the job wasn't too difficult. It continued for about 8 hours, a regular work day for the construction workers. He was finally sent home, muscles aching, all he had left to do was report in saying the job was done.
