Appearance: Chantelle appears to be a young woman of moderate height around five-foot five, and weighing about one-hundred and twenty five pounds. She has a rather dark complexion which is relatively associated with Kumogakure shinobi and the reason for this is simple, he father was from Kumogakure. Her body has a small frame with narrow shoulders, long thin limbs, and a firm thin middle without any extra weight, but she does not have an excess of muscle tone either. She does have some womanly curves, but her hips are still rather slim and her bust is rather large for someone of her age. She does not really care to show her features off too much. She has a small somewhat round face with a tiny slightly-pointed chin, and small nose and mouth. Her eyes are somewhat larger and are a deep green color. She also once had long blonde hair that reaches to her mid back with what would be her bangs carelessly swept to the sides, but due to her ever changing mood her current hair style is rather short as she had cut her hair one day due to boredom.
As for other clothing Chantelle isn't very picky and will wear almost anything, though she has no problem dressing feminine even if she does not feel it, though never shows off her features too much, though she tends to walk around in a bra and shorts on a hot day. She tends to like dark colors and often chooses to keep to them. She dislikes bright colors and would likely refuse to wear anything over a complete wardrobe of white or bright colors. She is also a clean woman, but does not tend to worry very much when getting dirty, in fact she never really rushes to get cleaned up unless its sweat. As for posture and body-language she can come across as a little strange, she isn't near perfect nor very sloppy, it honestly depends on her mood if she wants to slouch over or stand up straight and has no problem doing either. She is often seen with a lazy smile on her face.

Personality: Chantelle is a very introverted individual in the sense that she's not overtly communicative and she thinks to herself a lot. Immediately most people realize that Chantelle is a bit of an odd duckling. She is soft spoken and often quiet, she tends to keep to herself more than speaking with other people. She is also very comfortable in her skin and couldn't care less what anyone thinks. She isn't quite antisocial, despite common belief, though speaks little unless spoken to or has thought of something to say. In fact her excuse is something along the lines of “I can't thing of anything interesting to talk about sometimes.” in some ways one may consider her easygoing because nothing really seems to bother her too much and gets easily shrugged off. Or is it emotional laziness that she doesn’t care to get deeply involved? The truth isn't really known.
It is hard to tell what is on her mind, and while she keeps her true emotion completely hidden, she often smiles, giggles, and may outright say she is sad or angry, but continues to look and act the same way she always does. Her voice always seems calm, but not quite mono-tone. In ways Chantelle is very mature, while she might not let others see it very often she does think about a lot of things in very deep ways, she likes to contemplate and learn from her mistakes as well as things other people have done wrong. She can also sometimes be very dark in what she says to others.
She never really openly shares her opinions on things or people though unless they ask of them, or she randomly feels like sharing. Often she can remark that she knew something was going to go wrong, and when asked why she didn't say anything she will merely shrug and giggle. Chantelle never really act's in a serious manner, or even when she is she is still very relaxed and comfortable not really caring how dire a situation or conversation might be, she'll sit and play with her hair (when she used to wear it tall) or hum softly to herself.
Character History: Chantelle was born April Sixteenth in Konohagakure. She grew up in a stable home with two older brothers, her mother and her father. While not particularly wealthy, Chantelle's family never had any trouble with money. As a child, Chantelle was always a free spirit, preferring to wander the village on her own and learn about everything the world had to offer. When she was five years old he began to attend Konoha's ninja academy, and she was a passable, though lackluster student.
Though not known for her exceptional talent or devotion, Chantelle managed to impress certain teachers who she studied under during her time at the Academy. She was mostly known among the experienced Shinobi as a girl who would make a great ninja if she would only apply herself and stop resisting guidance as hard as she did. While Chantelle never experienced the moment of connecting with one of her teachers, she did, quite obviously, take in a lot of the lessons she learned. Her practical demonstrations were always up to par to meet any requirements, though she never put in any effort to impress.
Known at the time when she graduated from the academy as a girl who could never live up to her potential due to her laziness and unwillingness to fight, Chantelle began to sort of drift around the village, performing missions for people to earn money for what she wanted but not really showing any ambition towards her village, her progression or her rank.
